Networking with Business Leaders

MBA students engage with local business leaders through projects and interviews. Through their ability to work collaboratively and graciously, they get noticed in the marketplace and build confidence in their communication and leadership skills.

Personal Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions help you chart your professional and personal growth. Each student has the opportunity to attend 6 personal coaching sessions with executives, consultants, and faculty. In the coaching sessions, you will:

• Match your strengths to your career path.
• Learn to lead from your values.
• Get advice on career issues you face.

Student Support

Bethel supports its MBA students in a number of ways.

MBA Skills Seminars. If you feel you need to boost your skills, we offer inexpensive 4-hour seminars that fit with your program schedule.

Students may test out of all the seminars except the research seminar through an open-book assessment. Talk to an enrollment counselor about your options for testing out.

Portfolio advising. We’re here to help you build a portfolio to display your accomplishments in a succinct and professional manner. The portfolio might contain samples of your academic work, research, leadership, or service, as well as evidence of your work experience and skills.

Career Services. Bethel’s Career Services office offers an extensive employment website, plus job search tips, interviewing skills, resume writing resources, and more.

Personalized advising. Learner success advisors are available to assist with questions throughout your program to help you succeed.

Writing Center. Need to brush up on your academic writing skills? We have professional writing consultants ready to help you with your written projects.
