In the process of honing her leadership skills and earning her master's degree, Susan Sackman's spiritual walk with Christ was re-energized in the M.A. in Organizational Leadership program at Bethel University.

Program Design

The M.A. in Organizational Leadership is a 36 semester credit degree program.

  • Designed to be completed in two academic years, including a short break during the summer.
  • Courses taken one at a time.
  • Classes meet one evening or Saturday morning each week on the Bethel campus or at convenient Metro locations.
  • Three cohorts begin each academic year. Additional starts will be scheduled if demand is high.
