Although being a Christian is not a requirement for admission, Christian perspectives will be explored throughout the programs. The programs are designed for all who are willing to be educated within this environment.

Bethel encourages the development of whole persons who are not only technically proficient, but are also capable of dealing with individual and social problems from a breadth of experience and understanding. Emphasis will be given to the recognition of ethical problems and sound moral decision making. Learners will have opportunity to integrate their faith with the learning.

Integrate your expertise and experience

Students contribute their life and work experience in the courses. Class discussion alternates between general concepts and specific application Together, the faculty and students form a collaboration of resources that nourish the growth and learning of all participants. Graduate students consistently cite the collaborative model of learning as an incredible source of growth in theoretical and applied leadership. The program offers choices of learning experiences to match student goals for self-development.
