Need help getting started on your ethnomusicology program?

  4. Attend an information session or meet with an admissions advisor.

  5. Make note of program start dates and application deadlines.

Priority Application Deadline
May 15

The Summer Residency (one required) begins in June of each year.

Students may enroll in the program at any time during the year. However, May 15 is the priority application deadline for courses starting on the Bethel campus in June. All other courses are taught online or on-location.

Priority consideration is given to applicants who complete the application process by the priority deadline of May 15 each year. Applications will still be considered after the priority deadline, but will be reviewed on a space-available basis.

Cohort Cancellation Policy
Bethel University reserves the right to cancel any cohort and/or class 10 calendar days prior to the start date if minimum enrollment has not been met.
