Flexible Schedule

We offer two formats depending on where you live:

Ethics in Action: The Bethel MBA. Good.  For Business.

Weekend Format. Meet once every 6 weeks on Saturdays and Sundays for face-to-face classroom work and complete online assignments in between. Cohorts meet in:

  • Duluth, Minnesota--Second cohort to begin fall 2008!!
  • Rochester, Minnesota
  • Brainerd, Minnesota


Evening Format. Meet once a week in the evenings. Hybrid model combines face-to-face and online sessions. Cohorts meet in:

  • St. Paul, Minnesota
  • Southwest Metro, Minnesota

Choose one of the five emphases below and then integrate that emphasis in all of the courses, or you may choose to work on a general MBA.

  • Nonprofit Management
  • Quantitative Management
  • Robert E. Peterson Entrepreneurial Management
  • Social Impact Management
  • Technology Application Management

Program Features

  • Take one course at a time sequentially throughout the calendar year.
  • Be part of a cohort—a supportive group of learners who progress through the entire program together.
  • Complete course work in approximately 21-26 months.
  • Register once for the entire program.
  • Be evaluated primarily on written assignments, class discussions, and small-group participation.

Integrate Your Experience in the Courses

Learners contribute their life and work experience in class discussions, which alternate between general concepts and specific application. Together, the faculty and learners form a collaboration of resources that nourish the growth and learning of all participants. Graduate students consistently cite the collaborative model of learning as an incredible source of growth in theoretical and applied leadership.

  • Formulate diverse work teams in order to design innovative business solutions.
  • Recruit and develop an effective and diverse workforce.
  • Assess business situations using ethical principles.
  • Evaluate business issues in light of a Christian worldview.
  • Create strategies or plans for self-directed learning.
