Flexible Schedule
We offer two formats depending on where you live:
Weekend Format. Meet once every 6 weeks on Saturdays and Sundays for face-to-face classroom work and complete online assignments in between. Cohorts meet in:
- Duluth, Minnesota--Second cohort to begin fall 2008!!
- Rochester, Minnesota
- Brainerd, Minnesota
Evening Format. Meet once a week in the evenings. Hybrid model combines face-to-face and online sessions. Cohorts meet in:
- St. Paul, Minnesota
- Southwest Metro, Minnesota

Program Features
- Take one course at a time sequentially throughout the calendar year.
- Be part of a cohort—a supportive group of learners who progress through the entire program together.
- Complete course work in approximately 21-26 months.
- Register once for the entire program.
- Be evaluated primarily on written assignments, class discussions, and small-group participation.
Integrate Your Experience in the Courses
Learners contribute their life and work experience in class discussions, which alternate between general concepts and specific application. Together, the faculty and learners form a collaboration of resources that nourish the growth and learning of all participants.
